Italia S.r.l, the Italian holding of the German multinational BayWa r.e., is composed of companies involved in the development and construction of wind and photovoltaic plants, maintenance services for plants, distribution of photovoltaic components, and trading of sustainable energy. Role Information Currently, for the Operation Services Srl company in Rome (RM), part of the group, we are looking for a Contract Manager to cover maternity leave (m/f/d). Manage a portfolio of O&M contracts for photovoltaic plants in operation in Italy; Manage project budgets ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards; Ensure contractual obligations are met; Prepare and send periodic production reports as per contractual agreements for each O&M contract; Schedule and supervise routine and corrective maintenance activities within the scope of O&M contracts; Provide technical support to maintenance teams (site technicians); Maintain relationships with assigned clients and perform general customer care activities; Manage relationships with external suppliers for maintenance and subcontracted services; Collaborate with Field Service and Extra Works teams to ensure proper client management; Support clients in case of issues, organize and participate in meetings with stakeholders, involving Contract Management Team Leader or other company functions when necessary; Supervise invoicing and payment status; Respond to Extra Works requests, evaluating scope, costs, and resources needed; Prepare client offers, overseeing technical and commercial conditions, with attention to profitability; Manage technical or commercial clarifications from clients; Process and accept incoming orders; Supervise Extra Work projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and quality; Work closely with Procurement and Field Service teams to ensure proper execution of activities; Track opportunities and projects in Sales Force; Present financial results achieved. Skills Required Knowledge of contractual standards; Planning and supervision skills; Ability to produce internal and external reports.
