This is a commercial, outbound sales-driven role focused on developing market entry strategies and identifying and generating new channel or direct hospital opportunities in international healthcare markets.
Medical device distributors
You will be representing 3 various MedTech clients wand coordinate their market entry. oversee the strategy, build pipeline, generate qualified meetings, and support international market entry.
Identify, develop market entry strategies and roadmap development
• Develop KPI planning and strategic execution
• Execute outbound sales (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) targeting hospitals and distributors
• Generate qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities
• Identify and qualify new distributors and healthcare accounts
• Maintain CRM, pipeline, and follow-up structure
• Support client projects with market insights and opportunity development
• Coordinate and work in sales support teams
3–6 years in sales or business development
• Minimum 2–3 years in medical devices / healthcare sales
• Working for a medical device distributor
Supporting or developing distributor networks
Experience with outbound sales is essential
This role is intended for early-career professionals, not senior profiles.
Languages
• Fluent English, Italian and French or Spanish (required for sales conversations)
• Additional EU languages are a strong plus
