Role Purpose: The role provides the unique opportunity to support Vodafone in all kind of regulatory/compliance challenges across innovative services and products. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Support the commercial divisions so that product/service comply with customer regulation - Manage National Authority proceedings’ - Carry out analysis of national and European regulatory cases of interest to the Company - Support the dept to manage internal report and report towards VF Groups - Identify, monitor and analyse relevant regulatory developments which may have an impact on Vodafone - Elaborate and execute strategies to successfully advance our regulatory/policy positions Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - Degree in Law - At least 4 years of post-qualified experience in law firm or inhouse regulatory or legal department - Proactivity, ability to work in a team, empathy, enthusiasm - Preferential title to have carried out experiences in telco sector or consumer protection field - Ability to analyze and effectively communicate key strategic implications relate to new regulations - Excellent English - Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast paced rapidly evolving and demanding industry and environment - Ability to work together in a cross functional environment Must have technical / professional qualifications: Knowledge of customer protection regulation
