As Junior Business Controller you will support regional financial planning and analysis to enable informed decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide accurate P&L, sales by country/brand/models, and budget forecasts. The role focuses on delivering insights, driving corrective actions to hit targets, and supporting strategic reviews within a global luxury brand. This is a growth-focused opportunity within a financially disciplined, collaborative finance team.

- Deliver Net Sales analysis by country, brands and business models to inform decisions
- Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss by business responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analyses for designated area and report variances vs year, budget, and forecast
- Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting for assigned area
- Participate in business reviews with the Head of Region
- Identify and implement corrective actions to achieve performance targets
Responsabilità
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within an international and structured company
- Fluent English
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user
- Ability to design and measure KPIs, focused on P&L
- Strong business planning skills and budgeting/forecasting proficiency
- Goal-driven with a track record of meeting deadlines
