Responsibilities
* Financial Planning & Controlling
* Systems updates & Masterdata maintenance
* Monthly/quarterly closing and reporting activities for the respective area
* Review the major sales variations versus budget cycles, understanding the key drivers and providing management with insights for decision-making
* End-to-end financial planning & forecasting responsibility for the respective area
* Provide insightful financial analysis and scenario-thinking to drive strategic prioritization
* Continuous improvement in the way of working, enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes
* Compliance
* Comply with J&J worldwide financial, Healthcare Compliance, and Business Conduct procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization
* Ensure compliance with local regulations
* Business Partnering
* Influence business leadership in financial decision-making
* Lead and supervise performance against business plan commitments for the respective area
* Bring an external focus and establish connections with internal and external partners that drive business performance
* Participate in EMEA and cross-sector initiatives
* Actively champion a deep collaboration between all finance groups
Qualifications
* Master's degree in finance/economics/accounting is required
* A minimum of 3-4 years finance or related business experience is required; experience in a reputable audit company is preferred
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
* SAP knowledge preferred
* Exceptional financial and analytical skills
* Excellent command of both oral and written English and Italian
* Strong communication and analytical skills and a proactive mindset
* High-level knowledge of financial automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, AI-based applications for data analysis and automatic reporting
Experience Required
* Broad-based FP&A and business partnering experience preferred
* Experience of working in a regional/global organization with complex & interdependent business relationships
* Proven track record of high performance and driving improvements across a complex business environment
