The Group has more than 1,800 employees located in 18 production facilities across Europe, North America and Asia. /ph3Position /h3h3ABOUT THE JOB /h3pWe are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven bSenior Social Media Manager /b to lead our social media initiatives across multiple platforms and developing digital communication processes and deliverables. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, support lead generation, enhance online engagement, and generate measurable results. This role requires both a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in content creation, analytics, and community management. /ph3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3ulliDevelop and implement the company’s social media strategies in alignment with business and communication objectives to increase brand awareness and engagement /liliCreate and manage engaging content for LinkedIn (both corporate and executive channels) and various social media platforms ensuring consistency with the brand tone of voice /liliWrite, proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuation /liliCoordinate the creation of multimedia content (Photos/images/graphics, videos, reels, stories, animation/interactive media etc.) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders /liliPlan and execute editorial calendars and content campaigns /liliManage social media accounts, including scheduling, publishing posts, and community management /liliMonitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, followers’ growth, etc.) using analytics tools, prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement /liliDevelopment of social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and optimization /liliMonitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing /liliCollaborate with internal teams (HR, Sales, Product Marketing) and executives to ensure brand consistency and integrated communication across all social media channels /liliEnsure online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values, overall story, and voice for the target audience. /liliConduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth /li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: /h3pNot applicable /ph3EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or equivalent and proven work experience in the field /liliAt least 3 / 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in multinational organizations or agencies /liliProven ability to manage social media strategies and community engagement for B2B audiences /liliExcellent knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.) and management and analytics tools (e.g. Planable, Hootsuite, Google Analytics or similar) /liliAnalytical mindset and ability to read and interpret social media metrics /liliCreativity, copywriting skills, and attention to visual storytelling /liliStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously /li /ulpbNice to Have /b /pulliExcellent command of English (both spoken and written) /liliFamiliarity with AI tools for social media, content generation, and analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, LatelyAI, Jasper, Canva AI) /liliBasicknowledge of WordPress and SEO/SEM /liliFamiliarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools /liliExperience in employer branding or corporate communication projects /li /ulh3Other information /h3h3WORK ENVIRONMENT: /h3pThis job operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment.The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computes, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor. /ph3POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: /h3pThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 5.30pm, with additional hours as business needs necessitate. This is a full remote position.
