As our HR Specialist, you will take the lead in creating an optimal workplace for our team members. Your role will include engaging and attracting new talents, conducting initial interviews, evaluating candidates, contributing to recruitment and onboarding processes, and shaping the company culture.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to facilitate talent acquisition
* Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
* Facilitate HR procedures, such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
* Ensuring legal compliance throughout all processes
* Nurture a positive working environment and company culture
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
* Previous experience in HR or recruitment (minimum 1 year experience)
* Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to quickly assess candidate suitability based on job requirements
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Good knowledge of written and spoken English
