Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and optimize business processes related to the use of Infor M3 ERP.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in workflows across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and finance operations.
* Support ERP system configuration and process alignment to meet business needs.
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives.
* Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance improvements.
* Assist in troubleshooting system issues and providing support to end-users.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Experience working with Infor M3 ERP or similar systems.
* Solid understanding of ERP processes in manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and finance.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Proficiency in English.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite and integration technologies.
* Knowledge of ERP security principles and system administration.
* Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management practices.
* Experience in supporting global, multi-site operations.
* Certifications in ITIL or project management (e.g., PRINCE2) are a plus.
Education
* Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
The main office is located in the southwest of Belluno province; however, availability for business travel is essential.
