Training and Performance Expert
Main Responsibilities:
* Enhance merchant's knowledge and expertise through comprehensive training sessions.
* Provide intensive support, including product guidance and troubleshooting.
* Maintain consistent communication with merchants to identify areas for improvement and exceed expectations.
* Develop and manage business relationships at the store level to achieve mutually beneficial opportunities.
* Meet sales targets by analyzing data and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Implement action plans and conduct in-store visits aligned with company strategy.
* Analyze and present business statistics and insights to inform decision-making.
* Ensure optimal execution of in-store promotional activities according to plan.

Requirements:
* University degree preferred
* 1-2 years' sales experience
* Background in Trade Marketing or Retail services a plus
* Strong analytical and planning capabilities
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Customer service orientation
* Basic English knowledge
* Self-motivation and target-driven mindset
