We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM – Time Management (TM) Specialist to support evolutionary and corrective developments within a highly complex multi‑company environment. 🎯 Role Overview
As an HCM–TM Specialist, you will work across advanced Time Management scenarios involving hundreds of schedule types and sophisticated calculation schemes. You’ll manage the full lifecycle—from requirement analysis to system testing—while ensuring seamless integration with other HCM modules.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
* Functional & technical analysis of requirements
* Creation of functional & technical design documentation
* SAP HCM–TM development, including custom logic implementation
* Configuration and enhancement of Time Evaluation Schemas
* Development of automated tests
* Execution of System Tests and Test Book documentation
* Management of complex time‑calculation schemes
* Collaboration with other HCM modules to ensure end‑to‑end process consistency
📌 Mandatory Skills
* Deep expertise in SAP HCM – Time Management customizing
* Strong command of Time Evaluation Schema, including:
* Rules
* Functions
* Standard & custom operations
* Excellent understanding of Time Evaluation data structures:
* TIP
* TES
* SIX
* BALANCE
* Experience working in multi‑company environments with complex time schemes
* Knowledge of integrations with:
* PA (Personnel Administration)
* OM (Organizational Management)
* Payroll
* Ability to produce clear, structured technical & functional documentation
