**Client Description**:
Our client is a leading food company distributing plant-based products and cake mixes. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Development Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Translating category strategies into a Category/Brands Growth Strategy that is ready for sales force and coordinating the set-up & implementation of POS
- Working with the commercial department to ensure that the marketing strategy aligns with their deployment forecasts
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities in terms of new Categories /segments/ products
- Monitoring the full implementation of the Innovation plan on POS
- Preparation of compelling selling stories to Trade (4P)
- Defining and driving a Promo policy to maximise effectiveness according to available resources and Nielsen/Model insights
- Establishing the assortment by Channel/Customer and identify category opportunities that exist across them
- Monitoring Roll-out Innovation KPIs Profile
- 6 years' commercial experience (50% marketing mainly on Innovation 50% trade marketing)
- University Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint that are used daily
- Ready to face new challenges with an entrepreneurial approach
- Analytical problem solver with high attention to details
- Results-driven and willing to challenge the status-quo to achieve your goals
- Proactive/Positive approach, curious, passionate and a team-player with excellent communication skills
- Resilient and flexible, able to adapt to new challenges
- Passionate about cooking and cakes
- Fluent in Italian and English. French is a plus
- Travel flexibility
