Oversee on-site installation, commissioning, technical training, and after-sales service support for AWP products. Coordinate local service partners or technical teams to guarantee delivery quality and adherence to timelines. Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AWP service delivery, technical support, or field service roles. Professional proficiency in English for seamless collaboration with technical teams. An educational or professional background in fields like mechanical maintenance, mechatronics, or engineering services is preferred. Ability and willingness to undertake frequent travel, with strong problem-solving skills in field settings.
