Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the department responsible for process optimization, work methods improvement, and maintenance & facility activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and optimize production processes (MTM, time studies) and improve layouts, material flows, and line balancing.
* Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Develop and maintain standard work, technical documentation, SOPs, and work cycles.
* Monitor and improve KPIs (DLP, efficiency, capacity, labor planning, OEE, scrap, productivity) and maintain performance tracking tools.
* Manage PBOM, tooling, line setup, workstation optimization, and scheduling.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
* Manage suppliers, contractors, service agreements, utilities, infrastructure, safety & environment compliance, CAPEX, upgrades, and technical projects.
* Promote 5S and high workplace standards.
Experience Required
* 5–7 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
* Experience in structured industrial environments (automotive or other production line industries).
* Exposure to maintenance and facility management is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).
Technical Skills
* Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset.
* Time & methods analysis (MTM, time studies).
* Knowledge of CMMS and industrial equipment.
* Ability to read technical drawings.
* Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
* Experience with digital manufacturing tools.
Soft Skills
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.

* Clear communication and teamwork.
