Main responsibilities include: /p ol liManaging a portfolio of national and regional retailers to achieve brand sell-in, sell-out, and OP targets. /li liManaging relationships with all key account retailer field teams across Italy (Area Managers). /li liCollaborating with departments such as Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, and Digital to develop Guerlain Italy’s strategy. /li liManaging sell-out reports as tools for sales analysis using PowerBI and Orion. /li liLeading product presentations and business reviews with retailers. /li liConducting monthly reporting and analysis of results versus targets, proposing actions when necessary. /li /ol h3Profile /h3 pThe ideal candidate will have: /p ul liPrevious sales or trade marketing experience within the beauty market (preferred). /li liExcellent communication and relational skills to engage with clients and stakeholders. /li liA customer and relationship-focused approach. /li liStrong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset. /li liProficiency in computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). /li liWillingness to travel within Italy. /li liFluency in English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ul pCandidates are invited to review the privacy policy in accordance with art. 13 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), available at the following link: /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
