The person will mainly deal with the following activities:
Management of low/medium complexity international programs with coordination of transversal functions.
Operating independently to ensure the achievement of project objectives, not only from an economic-financial point of view, but also ensuring compliance with contractual agreements with the Customer (external/internal).
Coordination and management of progress meetings, performance measurement and planning/organization of testing/delivery activities with the Customer.
Actively support the "business winning" phases and ensure the monitoring and progress of projects in the "business execution" phases, interfacing with the various stakeholders of the other Company Functions and agreeing with the line manager on any corrective actions to ensure project success and Customer satisfaction.
Management of contractual compliance in accordance with company procedures and national laws with particular regard to: Legal, Security, Trade compliance, Health & Safety, Purchasing process and reporting.
Risk Management.
Participation in bid teams for the preparation of main commercial offers.
Coordination regarding the definition and collection of costs.
Reporting to management on the analysis of measured results.
Participation in the continuous improvement process.
- Participation in company training activities for project management processes.Educational qualifications: Master's Degree in Technical or Management field, preferably Engineering.Seniority:Junior: 1/3 years of experienceTechnical knowledge and skills: Good basic preparation aimed at the correct management and understanding of technical and economic topics.
