Spanning 13 offices in 11 countries, we blend international insight with hands‐on asset management experience to extract optimal value from the €5+ billion retail portfolio that we oversee.Role DescriptionThe Asset Manager will support the management of a portfolio of retail assets (shopping centres and retail parks) in Italy, reporting to the Head of Asset Management. The role includes helping implement asset management strategies, monitoring asset performance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to create value.Key Responsibilities Support in the preparation of annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for the assigned assetsSupport delivery of the asset management strategy in line with approved business plansMonitor asset performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions when neededCoordinate and oversee property managers, leasing managers, and technical advisorsSupport leasing by working closely with the leasing team to maximise occupancy and rental incomeLiaise with public authorities and support permitting and administrative processes as requiredAssist in assessing development and asset enhancement opportunities, including feasibility analysesPrepare regular internal reports on asset performance and ongoing projectsWork with Finance and Property Administration teams to monitor cash flow and financial performance Additional Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, consultants, advisors, and external stakeholdersSupport office communications and promote asset management best practicesEnsure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulationsSupport ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications Degree in Economics, Law, or a relevant qualification in Real Estate Administration3–6 years' experience in property management or a related field; retail asset managementexperience is an advantageGood understanding of shopping centre dynamics and retail market trendsKnowledge of the Italian real estate legal and regulatory frameworkFluent in Italian with a good working knowledge of EnglishStrong analytical and organisational skillsProficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
