 
        
        Since its establishment, SOS Il Telefono Azzurro Onlus is committed to defending children and adolescents from all forms of abuse and violence, promoting a culture of respect for their rights as enshrined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. It listens to children and adolescents daily and offers concrete responses to their requests for help through collaboration with institutions, associations, and other territorial entities. THE POSITION The Human Resources and Organization Unit, in accordance with the policies and directives of the Presidency, aims to maximize employee contributions to achieve the Association's objectives. It seeks consensus among all components of the Association, fostering employee satisfaction, a positive social climate, and a participatory management style focused on professional growth, thereby strengthening the Organizational System. Aligned with the Association's mission, the resource will be responsible for defining and managing the entire selection process, including screening, interviews, evaluations, selection, and contractual negotiations for various projects, activities, and areas within the Association. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES : 
Updating protocols with universities Analyzing the Association's needs Defining roles and responsibilities Creating and publishing profiles Screening CVs Planning interviews Conducting assessments Making final selections Managing contracts in collaboration with the Labour Consultant REQUIREMENTS Master's Degree in Humanities or related field At least 2 years of recruitment experience Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Proficiency in LinkedIn Knowledge of new technologies Fluent in English (B2-C1) Willingness to travel Experience in similar activities within non-profit organizations, both national and international, is preferred.
