Role Purpose : In the context of Vodafone digital transformation project, Catalogue and Offer designer analyses and implement offers model of new Centralized catalogue platform, in line with Business needs. She/He drives the high level and low level solution, according with transformation project KPIs (time and budget), interacting daily with all business stakeholders and technical system integrator. Key accountabilities and decision ownership : Understanding/refinement of business requirements related to commercial offer Design offer into systems according to technical solution Define implementation and configuration guidelines Design and implement business solutions, suggesting the best technical solution, to cope with commercial requirements, technology evolution, users experience needs Core competencies, knowledge and experience : Business analysis skills Ability to interface with different kind of stakeholders (technical and business) Strong objective based orientation and problem solving attitude Flexibility and autonomy Fluent English written and spoken required Must have technical / professional qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field Experience with AMDOCS Master Enterprise Catalogue as developer or business analyst Ability to understand business needs and strong vision on Telco market evolution Knowledge of Telco propositions preferred Strong experience in managing inter-functional projects, with a specific experience on IT suppliers management Customer oriented
