About the role: OCS is looking for a registered Freelancer to be responsible for key assigned broadcast and production projects for the Milano-Cortina Winter Games 2026. It involves close collaboration with the Senior Production Manager, Senior Talent Producer/Coordinating Producer, and coordination across multiple internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Duties & Responsibilities: - On-site support and management of Games time schedule to ensure a smooth editorial and technical delivery of all on-site production; - Working closely with Production Managers based in various clusters to ensure on site logistics are supported and managed; - Assisting the Senior Talent Producer / Coordinating Producer with on-site talent and athlete coordination logistics for games time production; - Liaising with OBS for on-site organisation of Games time venue access supporting producers, crews and talent on site; - Ensure that all production crews have all the updated schedules and information concerning the production; - Prepare detailed Call Sheets when needed; - Production Manage on-site productions - both live and ENG; - Floor managing on site productions when needed; - Liaise closely with the Resources team to ensure a smooth delivery of all transmissions and resources; - Games-time planning and coordination across all teams including staffing, production, freelance on-boarding, transportation and logistics; Skills, Requirements & Qualifications: - A suitable/ relevant qualification; - Must have about 5-7 years of Production Management experience with a minimum 10 years overall experience; - Experience with host broadcast / large scale Games ; - Adept in budgeting and numbers for small to large scale productions; - A good understanding of editorial production; - On-site and in-field production experience; - Flexibility in adapting to sudden changes during production - especially while Live on Air; - Fluency in English a must - additional languages a bonus; - Experience in ScheduAll an advantage.
