Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for a Project Developer & Coordinator (Operations Specialist) to join our Business Development Team at Technogym HQ (Italy – Cesena).
In this role, you will support the development and operational management of new cross-cluster projects (sport, fitness, wellness, healthness) with a strong focus on business development and marketing.You will act as an operational PMO with cross-functional coordination responsibilities, contributing to the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives related to both products and services offered by Technogym to B2B operators and B2C consumers.Your ImpactSupport the planning and execution of new projects and sport events, managing timelines, deliverables and progress trackingCoordinate operational activities across internal functions (Marketing, Sales, Digital, Finance, Product)Monitor project progress, risks, priorities and improvement opportunitiesEnsure continuous alignment between internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the definition of processes and operational standardsManage operational and organizational aspects of sport formats and activations, including logistics, supplier coordination, setups and materialsSupport the creation of engaging sport activation experiences aligned with department objectivesPrepare and update project budgets, forecasts and final balancesDeliver quantitative and qualitative analysis and structured reporting for internal and external presentationsAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical with high analytical skills.What you should bring:Degree in Economics, Marketing, Sport Management or related disciplines3–4 years of experience in project management, event management, operations, marketing or business development, preferably in sport, fitness or lifestyle industriesExperience working in international environments with corporate stakeholders and sport institutions (federations, clubs, leagues)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create effective data-driven presentationsKnowledge of digital marketing, event operations and media planningStrong data analysis and structured reporting skillsFamiliarity with AI toolsProficiency in English and ItalianTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
