OverviewJob Title: Customer Development Manager Industrial - ScreedsLocation: OriggioWork Arrangement: HybridAbout The RoleThe Customer Development Manager for Industrial - Screeds Market will reinforce the Italian sales team and contribute to the expansion of commercial sales activities with A, B and C1 customers and prospects.Key Responsibilities
Accountable for Sales Revenue and Material Margin for selected customers (A, B and C1).Set strategies and targets for long term growth of A, B and C1 customers in sub-segment.Responsible for prices and quotation for own customer pool.Insure the promotion and sales of the whole Caldic offers (build a balanced portfolio of initiatives).Ownership of customers for selected accounts incl. lead generation, initial customer contact and customer visits, contract management (incl. negotiations and quotations) and deal closure.Responsible for elaborating and following of account planning for key customers (e.g., A1).Plan and forecast segment sales in joint meetings with marketing, share information with supply chain.Gain and analyze complete market insight, indicators and trends of the assigned market segment and its (potential) customers.

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or master degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, higher Diploma in Chemical Industry, higher Diploma in Construction or related fieldsMinimum 4-5 years working experienceRelevant commercial experienceRelevant technical knowledge (cement and concrete)Professional/technical expertise in construction industry (building site)Willing to travel 80% timeGood knowledge of English spoken and written, German is a plusKnowledge of ERP and CRM systemsMS Office with focus on Excel and Power PointCommunication skillsCommercial and financial awareness
