Our global reach and strong local presence enable us to offer these diverse clients tailor-made services and respond to rapid changes in mature or emerging markets alike. /p pOur 3 expertise: /p ul liAsset management /li liEnergy supply, providing green energy innovative solutions /li /ul pAt SEM we encourage breakthrough results, team spirit, curiosity and innovation while preserving the right work/life balance for you. /p h3WHAT WILL YOU DO? /h3 pWe are seeking an bIntegration Architect /b, a senior technical figure to act as our binternal technical authority /b and the guardian of our digital ecosystem's consistency. In an environment driven by SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Billing systems) and solutions developed by external partners, this role is critical for governing complexity by blending a high-level vision with a concrete capacity for technical intervention. /p pYou will be responsible for the bintegration strategy /b for the entire B2B transformation program. You will follow the group standards that all partners must adhere to, and serve as the go-to person for resolving cross-platform issues. Your mission is to transform a set of heterogeneous systems into a single, cohesive, and high-performing architecture. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul libTechnical Governance of Vendors: /b Analyze and validate the technical solution proposals from external partners. Ensure their designs are robust, scalable, and aligned with our strategies. /li libAPI Integration Strategy Definition: /b Design and document the company's API strategy. Define the interface contracts, security standards (e.g., OAuth2), and protocols that all systems, internal and external, must comply with. /li libArchitectural Review Board: /b Act as the primary technical reviewer and approver for all new integrations and architectural changes proposed by the different teams. /li libTactical Development Prototyping: /b Develop and maintain "glue code" components (e.g., automation scripts, small cloud functions, custom connectors) to facilitate integration or bridge functional gaps not covered by vendors. Build functional Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and prototypes to validate new technical approaches. /li libCybersecurity Oversight: /b Ensure that all integration solutions adhere to the company’s cybersecurity policies and best practices. Collaborate with security teams to identify risks, enforce security-by-design principles, and guarantee the protection of data across all systems. /li /ul h3ABOUT YOU: /h3 ul liA degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering). /li liExperience in the technical management of external vendors and in reviewing technical documentation produced by third parties. /li liProven experience of 3+ years in an Integration Architect role. /li liDeep knowledge of microservices architecture, API Gateways, enterprise integration patterns, and security protocols. /li liAbility to communicate authoritatively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You must be able to technically challenge a vendor and, at the same time, explain complex concepts to the business. /li liPrevious experience within the Energy Utilities sector is a strong advantage. /li liSolid and recent hands‑on development skills (e.g., in Python, Node.js, Java, or C#). The ideal candidate has not left coding behind, but instead uses it as a strategic tool to automate, prototype, and solve complex integration challenges. /li liHands‑on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or event‑driven systems (e.g., Kafka). /li /ul h3Type of contract: /h3 pPermanent contract according to local labour law. /p h3ABOUT ENGIE: /h3 pWorking at ENGIE, a multinational group, means having a wide variety of career opportunities in more than 30 countries.
