You will join our Environment and Health Department in Milan or Rome.
Your new role
As our new ESA Junior consultant, you will have 1-2 years’ experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services, with a specific focus on Environmental Site Assessment, due diligence work in the M&A; sector and soil and groundwater investigation with emphasis on sustainability assessment, planning and strategy.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Execution of ESA Due Diligence.
Execution and coordination of soil, soil gas and groundwater investigations.
Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) and implies strong soft skills (e.g. negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem‑solving and teamwork.
Proposal and reporting in Italian and English language.
Your new team
You will be part of our successful team composed of engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk and sustainability. These include:
A Master level university degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental engineering or similar.
Minimum 1/2 years of relevant experience in Due Diligence and soil, soil gas and groundwater investigation.
Knowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs 152/2006 and D. Lgs. 81/2008, ASTM standards.
Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken Italian & English, a third language (e.g. German, Spanish, French) is a plus.
