Arsenale Spa is a multi brand company that develops and manages luxury hospitality assets, offering a complete service to the world’s most renowned operators in synergy with the best international Luxury Hospitality brands.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the online marketing activities and digital communication for the brand.
Attività previste
* Support in the creation and optimization of SEA and Social Media digital campaigns.
* Loading, updating and quality control of website content.
* Operational management of content on third‑party platforms (Seven Rooms, Tripadvisor, Google, Yext).
* Support in the creation and updating of content for email marketing campaigns.
* Copywriting and proofreading of digital content.
* Monitoring of Social Media channels and support in preparing periodic reports.
* Organization and management of the corporate image library.
* Data collection and support in preparing reports on digital KPIs.
* Support in preparing briefs for photo and video shoots.
* Monitoring of competitor digital activities.
* Operational and administrative support for digital marketing activities.
Requisiti richiesti
* Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related disciplines.
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and fluent English (French desired).
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEA, Social Media, Email Marketing).
* Knowledge of CMS (preferably WordPress).
* Familiarity with digital platforms like OTA, Tripadvisor or similar.
* Good mastery of Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Adobe).
* Basic knowledge of analysis tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
* Interest in photography, video and visual content.
* Precision, organization and ability to work in team.
