Ph3Company Description /h3 pPostura is a fast-growing deep-tech startup. We started two years ago as a team of four; today we are 10, and after recently closing a new investment round (to be announced soon), we are scaling fast and looking for new talent to double the team over the next year. /p pIn manufacturing, bimproving workstations /b and production processes requires balancing bworker safety /b and bproductivity /b through analyses that are still largely manual, time-intensive, and costly. /p pStarting from simple smartphone videos, our AI-powered software performs body-mechanics analysis and automates key ergonomic and industrial engineering standards (OCRA, NIOSH, MTM), replacing long observation times and manual assessments — delivering real-world AI built for accuracy and measurable impact. /p pWe work with more than 20 major manufacturing groups, including bBeko, Electrolux, and Piaggio /b, and are expanding across Europe with the goal of reaching b100 enterprise customers by 2026 /b. /p h3Role Description /h3 pWe’re looking for a bUI Engineer /b with strong front-end skills and a sharp visual mindset to help us build and evolve the bPostura Dashboard /b — the core interface used daily by safety and operations teams across Europe to evaluate and improve industrial workstations. /p pYou’ll take ownership of implementing bnew features /b, maintaining and growing our bdesign system /b (both in Figma and React), and shaping intuitive UI flows based on real business needs. You’ll work closely with the CPO, CTO, and our technical team — from early-stage exploration to hands‑on development — and contribute directly to planning and testing fast MVPs to validate product value. /p pThis is a bhigh-ownership, cross-functional role /b where you’ll help translate complex workflows into clear, usable interfaces — and turn real customer needs into tangible product improvements. /p h3What you’ll work on /h3 ul liDesigning and implementing bnew product features /b on the Postura Dashboard, with a strong focus on UI clarity, usability, and visual quality /li liMaintaining and evolving our bdesign system in both Figma and React /b — ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability /li liCreating bnew interface flows in Figma /b and translating business requirements into intuitive components and interactions /li liCollaborating cross-functionally with Product (CPO), Engineering, and Customer Success to bshape features from user needs to shipped code /b /li libBuilding fast MVPs and UI experiments /b to quickly validate new ideas and iterate based on user feedback and business impact /li libOwning features end-to-end /b — from early exploration and user validation, to implementation, refinement, and tracking value via KPIs /li /ul h3Tech Stack /h3 ul libFrontend: /b React /li libFigma /b (design system, component variants, flow design) /li libVersion Control: /b Git, GitHub /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul libHigh-Impact, High-Expectation Environment. /b Your work directly shapes how companies improve ergonomics and productivity at scale. It’s intense, high-ownership, and not for everyone, but also collaborative, rewarding, and fun. /li lib3+ years of experience /b building and maintaining bproduction software /b, ideally SaaS products used by real customers. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. /li liComfort using bFigma for low-level UI planning /b, component libraries, and interface design /li liStrong bfrontend experience /b with bReact /b, modern component patterns, and data-driven UIs. /li liDeep understanding of design system principles and bcomponent-based UI /b /li liExperience using AI-assisted, spec-driven development workflows (e.g. Cursor, OpenSpec, or equivalent). /li liFluent English (written and spoken). /li /ul h3Extra Skills /h3 ul liExperience with bReact Native /b or mobile development. /li libFamiliarity with Software Design: /b Knowledge of bSOLID principles /b and common bDesign Patterns /b (e.g., Factory, Strategy) is a plus to help us keep the codebase maintainable. /li libExperience with Agile Methodologies: /b Previous exposure to bAgile/Scrum /b workflows is appreciated to better align with our iterative delivery process. /li liPrevious experience in bearly-stage or high-intensity startup environments /b, with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability. /li /ul h3Diversity and Inclusion /h3 pWe value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
