We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support the technology initiatives of the IT Infrastructure team. The Network Administrator will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of Network services, prompt reaction on all network infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support and cooperation with other infrastructure teams for resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities
">

* Ensure that all escalated incidents are handled by the team within SLA's.
">
* Participate in Problem management processes.
">
* Ensure that our Network Operations are reliable, secure, resilient and scalable to support our growing business.
">
* On-time delivery of assigned network infrastructure projects.
">
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
">
* Create and maintain technical documentation on all system designs and configurations, troubleshooting procedures.
">
* Oversee network security measures and identifies potential risks to ensure sufficient mechanisms are in place to protect systems and data.
">
* Design, deploy, and support LANs, WANs, network appliances, load balancers, routers, switches, and other hardware.
">
* Implement best practices and lessons learned from initiatives and projects to optimize future outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required
">
To succeed in this role, you should have:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
">
* Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, standards and trends.
">
* Strong technical background with 3+ years' experience in Network Administration role delivering Network infrastructure systems and support.
">
* Strong technical knowledge of network equipment – switches, routers (Cisco, Dell, HP, etc).
">
* Strong technical knowledge of PaloAlto firewalls and Panorama.
">
* Strong technical knowledge of organizing WiFi setups.
">
* Understanding of all aspects of design and implementation of corporate networking and systems infrastructure, including MPLS, VPN, network connectivity, Internet access.
">
* Proficiency with switching and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, route maps, Access Control Lists, route redistribution, path selection and traffic engineering.
">
* Experience with LAN/WAN/SD-WAN design and architecture.
">
* CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network certifications.
">
* Strong understanding of Infrastructure change management.
">
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.
