- Maintain and create a professional yet personalized relationship with assigned customers.
- Accountable for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal leaders regarding customer specific performance and execution
- Manage, develop and retain talent within reporting structure.
- Act as first point of escalation for customer issues.
- Coordinate activities to support critical shortages/issues in support of customer requirements.
- Support team on day-to-day issues and help to resolve problems.
- Help to obtain and keep BDSI leadership informed of customer performance
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)**
- 6-8 years of related work experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
