Your mission will be bto create a dynamic /b, bwelcoming /b, and bengaging environment /b, bhelping bring the Talent Garden experience to life every day. /b /p pThis role combines community management, operations, and hospitality: you will be a daily point of reference for members, guests, and visitors, ensuring the campus is not only well-organized, but also vibrant, curated, and able to generate meaningful connections and opportunities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact for members, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience in every daily interaction /li liOversee the hospitality side of the campus, maintaining high standards across common areas, meeting rooms, reception, and member services /li liEnsure the campus consistently reflects the Talent Garden experience: dynamic, inclusive, well-organized, and community-driven /li liCurate the day-to-day experience within the campus, helping create an environment that feels welcoming, energetic, and detail-oriented /li liBuild and nurture relationships with community members, facilitating connections, collaborations, and opportunities within the Talent Garden ecosystem /li liPlan and manage community initiatives, workshops, networking events, and informal gatherings, ensuring high-quality execution and participation /li liCollaborate with the City Lead on retention, occupancy, and sales-related activities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the campus /li liMonitor community sentiment and member satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the campus experience /li liManage community-related budgets, planning activities, calendars, and reporting with strong organizational attention and operational precision /li liCollaborate with the Calabiana campus team to align initiatives, share best practices, and create synergies across locations /li liStay connected with the Milanese and Italian innovation ecosystem, identifying relevant trends, startups, founders, and opportunities to bring value to the community /li /ul h3About you /h3 pIdeally, you have baround 2 years of experience in roles combining community /b, bhospitality /b, bevents /b, boperations /b, or bcustomer experience /b bwithin dynamic and people-driven environments /b. /p pOn top of this, you: /p ul liNaturally build relationships and know how to make people feel welcomed, supported, and part of a community /li liCombine strong organizational skills with a hospitality mindset, paying attention to both operational details and human interactions /li liAre comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, coordinating events, logistics, suppliers, and member requests in fast-paced environments /liliAre familiar with project management tools such as Google Sheets and or other collaborative platforms /li liEnjoy being physically present in a space and taking ownership of the atmosphere and day-to-day experience of the campus /li liAre proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, especially when priorities shift quickly /li liAre passionate about startups, innovation, and community building, and enjoy creating connections between people and opportunities /li liCommunicate fluently in both Italian and English, written and spoken /li /ul h3Perks and benefits /h3 ul liAccess to all Talent Garden coworking spaces across Europe /li liFree access to our Master programs and learning experiences /li liMeal vouchers and a €1,000 welfare budget to spend as you like /li liMumDad policy with additional flexibility for new parents, a dedicated bonus, and extra leave for fathers /li li6 additional vacation days every year on top of local regulations /li liDecember 24 and 31 automatically considered holidays when falling on weekdays /li liCompany MacBook /li liAccess to events, networking opportunities, and partner discounts within the Talent Garden ecosystem /li liWe’re pet-friendly, so your furry friend is welcome at the campus /li /ul h3Selection process /h3 pbSubmit your application. /b Send us your CV and feel free to showcase your personality.
