Bizzi & Partners S.r.l. is the asset and development managment division of Bizzi & Partners S.p.A., a company with a long-standing presence in the Italian market and active in the investment and management of complex real estate development projects in Italy and abroad, and is looking for a Business Analyst.
The selected candidate will be actively involved in the Group’s extraordinary finance transactions and in economic and financial planning activities supporting real estate projects, working closely with top management and with the finance and controlling functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Corporate Finance & Financing Operations
* Support the structuring and management of financing transactions with leading financial institutions.
* Business Planning & Financial Modeling
* Prepare and update business plans for real estate projects.
* Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting
* Monitor the economic and financial performance of ongoing initiatives.
* Prepare periodic reporting for senior management, shareholders and lenders.
* Stakeholder & Advisor Interaction
* Liaise with external advisors and professionals (auditors, independent experts, designers, financial and technical consultants).
Investment Analysis & Due Diligence
* Support scouting, evaluation and due diligence activities for new investment opportunities.
* Contribute to preliminary analyses and the preparation of documentation supporting investment decisions.

Requirements
* Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or related fields.
* 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, corporate finance, consulting or similar environments.
* Strong interest in the real estate sector and investment dynamics.
* Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Analytical mindset, curiosity, attention to detail and a strong willingness to grow.
* Fluent Italian and English (C1 level).
