In this role you will own and steer Systems Engineering across TOV, CBL and related solutions throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to industrialization. You will collaborate with Program Management, Product Leadership and multiple functions to translate ConOps into system requirements and architecture, while promoting MBSE and rigorous technical reviews. You'll drive cross‐functional alignment, ensure regulatory and IP considerations, and support commercial teams during opportunity‐to‐order phases. This is a hands‐on, impact‐driven role in a global matrix environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Technical ownership of programs and primary technical interface Translate ConOps into BPRS, SyRS, PBS, WBS and SEMP Drive MBSE and alternative architectures using MODA Plan and coordinate engineering resources to meet milestones Define and maintain system architecture, interfaces, and requirements allocation Flow down requirements to SOI and ensure verification/validation Lead and ensure technical reviews (design, risk, manufacturability, supply chain) Monitor program status and risk; report to Executive Management Ensure compliance with regulations, IP protection and HSE culture Support new product commercial cycle from DTI to ITO Lead first project executions if requested by Engineering Support manufacturing operations and supplier evaluations Perform FMEA and root cause analysis; apply statistical methods Participate in audits and cross‐BU meetings for updates and opportunities Promote continuous improvement and lean practices Maintain state‐of‐the‐art in Systems Engineering and participate in company initiatives Provide communications to management on technical, program and resource matters Manage multiple projects in fast‐paced environment Responsabilità University master graduation in Mechanical/Aerospace/Energy/Chemical Engineering or equivalent At least 10 years of experience in Design and System Engineering Demonstrated capability to execute projects and interact with stakeholders Strong analytical, process improvement and project management skills Experience with planning and analysis tools for project management Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced engineering environment Experience of Design for Manufacturing, DOE, SPC, xrdztoy RCA, FMEA, and Risk Matrix Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI Executive‐level presentation skills and strong communication Proven ability to work independently and in multi‐disciplinary teams Fluent in Italian and English; EU passport and travel availability Experience with Primavera planning suite; Lean practitioner Knowledge of valves standards/codes (preferred) Strong technical curiosity, attention to detail and innovative mindset Ability to work in global matrix environment IP protection and HSE culture awareness Requisiti fondamentali Career development programs Mentorship and leadership opportunities Inclusive culture Work‐life balance Employee wellbeing Global and diverse team exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr
