OverviewReady to grow your skills in a supportive, dynamic team and tackle exciting missions in risk prevention and control?Apave Certification Italy is actively recruiting a Technical and sales secretary for the F-Gas certification department, in Bienno (Bs), Italy.This position will be part of a young team of approximately 10 people at our two-year office. You will be responsible for technical secretarial and sales duties, supporting the department manager.Apave Italia is a leading national player in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) sector. With a strong presence throughout Italy, we support the industrial, civil, and infrastructure sectors in risk management and regulatory compliance.Our structure includes 350 direct employees and utilizes a vast network of approximately 500 external professionals/freelancers, totaling around 850 technical experts. Our areas of specialization include mandatory and voluntary inspections (equipment, NDT, systems), certifications (systems and products), and specialized training in safety and technical subjects.Our commitment is to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable operational environment for our clients.Day-to-day responsibilitiesOperational support for company and individual certification procedures according to F-Gas regulations.Entering, updating, and managing technical documentation in the operational management system.Sales support: preparing offers, quotes, and customer follow-up.Updating company databases and management systems.Supporting the department manager in planning and monitoring sales activities.Support and participation in client activities nationwide, with availability to travel after an appropriate period of training.Availability: Full-time, Monday to FridayQualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in secretarial, back-office, or customer-facing roles is considered a plus, but not required.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Aptitude for managing customer relationships via phone, email, and face-to-face.Good knowledge of standard IT tools (MS Office package).Availability to travel nationwide after an appropriate training and onboarding period.We look forward to working with you and shape the next significant chapter of our story.By joining the Apave Group, you will act daily to help our clients prevent and control their human, technical, environmental and digital risks.
