F&B Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
* Responsible for ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire restaurant area.
* Monitoring and coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire F&B area.
* Selecting, hiring, managing, coordinating and assigning employees
* Creating employee shift and vacation schedules.
* Creating forecasts and budgets for the F&B area.
* Organising, managing and coordinating events.
* Ensuring and maintaining service and quality standards
* Assisting with the creation and maintenance of the current food, daily, beverage and speciality menus
* Administrative work with the Novacom cash register system, generating daily settlements
* Administrative work with the Delegate merchandise management system
* Carrying out and coordinating inventories and monthly closings
* Training and further education
Your profile:
* Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
* Completed vocational training in the hotel and hospitality industry
* First-class sales and service orientation as well as high quality standards
* Excellent organisational skills and strong communication skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Apaleo and Novacom knowledge is advantageous
* Excellent manners, well-groomed appearance and sociability
* Excellent communication skills and a confident and winning manner
* Entrepreneurial thinking and strong sales orientation
* Written and spoken English and Italian, German is advantageous

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
