You will coordinate and supervise Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities in line with the project scope of work. This scope covers design, cable and accessory manufacturing, land and marine installation, and testing. You will ensure that all activities follow company methods, contractual requirements, and the relevant standards and regulations. /p pYou’ll be joining our rapidly growing Transmission Division, which is transforming the cable industry with innovative solutions for eco-conscious energy systems. The Transmission Division designs, manufactures, and installs, for example, high-voltage submarine cables across vast distances. You will report to the Area Projects Quality Manager. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with clients in relation to Quality matters and relevant contractual requirements. /li liCoordinate the preparation of the Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans, and Project Quality Procedures, guaranteeing compliance with contractual requirements and relevant standards and regulations involving internal and external stakeholders (e.g., project teams, plants, suppliers, subcontractors). /li liCollaborate with manufacturing plants in preparing Inspection and Test Plans and monitoring the product quality and the relationship with Customers. /li liAssess the suitability of suppliers and subcontractors at the tender and execution stage, to review their quality plans and quality activities, ensuring they work in compliance with project quality requirements. /li liPlan and perform quality training activities within the project team and the stakeholders involved. /li liPlan and perform quality audits of project processes/activities, manufacturing plants, suppliers, and subcontractors. /li liFollow‑up client quality audits, non‑conformities, complaints, etc., and ensure relevant problem‑solving. /li liPromote project improvements, lessons learned, and best practice collection and implementation. /li liCollaborate on the preparation of project quality reporting. /li liProvide periodical project data analysis (e.g., project objectives, performance indicators, non‑conformities, complaints, and lessons learned) and related reporting. /li liEnsure contract review and project close‑out are performed as per contractual requirements. /li liCoordinate the management of non‑conformities and Root Cause Analysis. /li /ul pYour duties also include collaborating with the company's Quality for reporting, tendering purposes, and company quality management activities. /p h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liSolid experience of Quality Management, preferably within an EPCI work environment, including manufacturing/production, land site activities, and/or vessel operations. /li liEngineering master’s degree (or very extensive work experience in Quality Management). /li liStrong Knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards; auditing experience is requested.
