Currently, we are establishing a strong organization to expand our business in Europe, and we require an Allocator to proactively participate in this activity. The candidate will report to the Merchandising Manager and will support achieving sales targets through managing the flow of stock and effective distribution to stores and online channels. Responsibilities include monitoring category and sales, managing store queries, building key stakeholder relationships, and analyzing allocation and replenishment reports to improve stock availability and store performance. The contract is fixed-term with the possibility of becoming indefinite after 1 year. Role & Responsibilities : Allocation and Replenishment Support planning allocation and replenishment criteria based on store capacity, seasonality, min/max levels, on-sale weeks, and sales curves. Allocate initial stocks to stores based on the range plan and recommend actions for stock issues. Prepare and update allocation parameters to reflect current and future trading patterns. Manage stock levels to capitalize on and profitably exit seasonal/event peaks. Handle returns and out-of-stock issues to maximize sell-through. Coordinate information flow and build strong store relationships to deliver commercial insights. Plan and allocate for new store openings and new category builds. Recommend procedural and system enhancements. Keep allocation and replenishment systems updated, resolving stock discrepancies and negative stocks. Manage delivery schedules, flag slippages, and proactively resolve issues. Liaise with Buying and DC teams to ensure stock flow adherence to plans. Performance Analysis Produce weekly store analysis to support trading decisions and planning. Implement store-specific allocation plans based on weekly trading decisions. Monitor store performance and recommend improvements in stock availability and trading. Assess slow-moving stock levels and collaborate with Merchandising to create action plans. Produce size analysis and suggest actions to the Senior Distribution Coordinator. Provide feedback on store and product performance to inform future range planning. Others Perform any additional tasks as necessary. You are : Well-educated, preferably with a business, numerical, or analytical degree. Retail experience, either in stores or retail office environments. Skilled in administration and database management. Interested in products and retail. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly numerate and data-driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong planning and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the fashion industry is preferred.
