The successful candidate will be part of the EMEA DG Beauty team and will support the strategic growth of the online channel across European markets.
Optimize digital execution and performance across key markets and partners Ensure perfect execution of CARS (Content, Assortment, Rating & Reviews, Search) across E-retailers’ platforms Support the planning and optimization of E-Retailers’ activation activities, in line with Commercial and Marketing priorities Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to streamline E-commerce and Digital processes Coordinate with local markets to align execution with Global guidelines and ensure correct go-live of materials Monitor and analyze E-commerce KPIs (Sales, Market Share, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Traffic, SOV, SOS, Content Score) Monitor competitors’ online activities across markets 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce/Digital roles ~ Strong knowledge of digital tools and MS Office (especially Excel) ~ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills ~ Professional fluency in English ~ Experience in Beauty and/or Luxury Fashion sector is a plus ~ Contract type: Indefinite contract Full-time Collective labor agreement (CCNL): Tessile, Abbigliamento e Moda
