As a global Centre of Excellence, our Digital Marketing Department is aimed to further develop our digital capabilities and create synergies across the business, as well as responsible for driving customer growth encompassing all Digital Marketing actions at the service of our stores.
Our Digital Marketing Division are now seeking a strong, creative and analytical Digital Performance Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing and managing paid campaigns.Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
1. Day-to-day management of biddable campaigns, including creation, targeting and optimization
2. Overseeing campaigns and optimizing towards KPIs, implementing A/B tests
3. Data analysis reporting to ensure accurate campaign spending and monitor/improve performance
4. Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solutions
5. Monitoring PPC trends, best practices and techniques
The type of person we are looking for:
6. Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Business Economics
7. Demonstrated strong interest for web marketing, a passion for the Internet in general and fashion e-commerce in particular
8. Good analytical skills
9. Strong MS Office skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
10. Knowledge of Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics
11. Knowledge of Smartly and Criteo (nice to have)
12. Good organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time
13. Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
14. Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals
15. Ready to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
16. Proficient in English
