GSK is seeking a highly motivated Specialist Onco-haematology to join the Hematology team. Area of competence: Triveneto. In this role You will Work within the Oncologia and collaborate with: medical leadership, Regional Payers and Evidence Solutions, KAM and RAM, Marketing, Commercial, Scientific Service Department, and Pharmacovigilance. Promote and explain the value of GSK therapeutic solutions to all reference interlocutors, communicating key messages from a scientific viewpoint. Continuously update scientific and role-specific knowledge and actively participate in scientific training provided by the company, including use of corporate information tools. Ensure effective and consistent communication with healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists, planning and organizing scientific information activity in line with the Business Unit Onco-Ematologia plan. Be responsible for executing scientific training initiatives for healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists as part of standard company practices and in compliance with current regulations and the GSK commercial model. Propose and disseminate the use of new media (e.g., web conference systems) for scientific information and collective scientific training, coordinating with Medical Affairs colleagues in the same territory. Contribute to territorial action plans in collaboration with the national strategy. Why you? Basic Qualifications We are looking for professionals with these qualifications to achieve our objectives: Degree in Medicine and Surgery, Biological Sciences, Chemistry with organic/biological focus, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology and Molecular Biology, or other legally compatible degrees for the role of Scientific Information (as per Decr. Legge 219/2006 and amendments). Residence: Triveneto. Significant experience in a Product Specialist role (in a specialist field) and with innovative products. Ability to translate scientific knowledge into business-oriented strategies/activities. Preferred Qualifications These skills are not mandatory; if you do not have them, please apply anyway: Experience in the onco-hematology field and rare diseases. Effective communication, problem solving, conflict management, proactive mindset, flexibility, and results orientation. Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment, balance priorities, and manage multiple activities with good planning and organization. Good command of English (spoken and written).
