PFMs play a critical role in delivering the ideal customer experience, ensuring we have the right supply in the right places at the right time and removing inefficiencies in the supply chain.
To achieve this mission as cost effectively as possible, PFMs work to continuously optimize our end‑to‑end supply chain, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational performance metrics, and driving automation.
