CAA ICON offers world-class service in the areas of project management, strategic advisory, feasibility and planning, and beyond. /p h3OVERVIEW /h3 pReporting directly to the Project Director, this Project Manager will manage the project’s daily project management activities with oversight over the planning, design and construction activities provided by CAA ICON. /p h3Duties to include but not limited to: /h3 ul liAdopt and support the implementation of an engagement-led culture working to the highest health, safety and well-being standards. /li liDevelop a comprehensive Client Project Requirements document from which to manage the design and subsequent change. /li liSupport all project management related functions for the project, including organisation, budgeting, programming and implementation of the project. /li liSupport the development of the design with emphasis on drawing reviews and document management. /li liWorking effectively with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) for efficient project implementation and coordination. /li liReview cost estimates and contribute to the production of project budget reports. /li liManage (or support) the procurement of professional consultants, contractors, Client Direct Work (CDW) packages (e.g. technology and furniture, fixtures equipment (FFE)). /li liSupport the monitoring of construction progress and potential scope changes with respect to the schedule. /li liMaintain necessary documentation for all contracts, insurance certificates and warranties for Owner/Client-held contracts. /li liManage the project and design risk registers. /li liCoordinate the materials testing process, ensuring it is in accordance with contract documents. /li liAssist project architect, engineering consultants and sub-contractors in resolving on-site risks, issues and design conflicts. /li liCoordinate and manage project close-out activities including final acceptance of equipment, testing and commissioning and the compilation of all operational and maintenance manuals. /li liWork with project team to ensure the Contractor is implementing and maintaining its site logistics and safety procedures. /li liManage the safe delivery and installation of all Owner’s CDW. /li liWork with project team to monitor any design issues and assist in swift resolution. /li liSupport the monitoring of the progress schedule. /li liTracking open requests for information (RFIs), non-conformance registers and submittals to ensure the design team is providing timely information needed to advance work on site. /li liAssist with monitoring and tracking all project issues to ensure timely and effective resolution. /li liReview and understand all change order requests and communicate changes with key client representatives. /li liCoordinate and undertake construction site tours, as requested by the Client. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liSolid previous experience in the design, construction or a related services industry. /li liBachelor’s degree (Ideally in construction, engineering or like industry) or equivalent work experience. /li liFamiliarity with the WBS, construction change orders and like documents, budget formats, and architectural/engineering plans. /li liAbility to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, project programme and project agreements. /li liProfessional attitude with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and project management team. /li liFamiliarity with building permit approval process and/or experience gaining municipal planning and other external stakeholder approvals in Italy an asset. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExceptional communication and organisational skills. /li liStrong multi-tasking skills and the ability to problem solve and master new concepts in a short period of time. /li liSelf-starter with the ability to work independently. /li liFamiliarity with Microsoft Project and Excel required. /li liFluent in Italian and English a necessity. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
