In this role you will help evolve the Financial Services ecosystem by delivering modern cloud‑based platforms in a collaborative, Agile environment. You will work within Capco’s Italy growth journey, partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive impactful client solutions. The position offers hands‑on technical impact, mentoring opportunities, and a pathway to scale capabilities in cloud, security, and front‑end engineering. Responsabilità
* Exceptional JavaScript/TypeScript experience (ES5, ES6, ES2017)
* Experience with React (preferred) or Angular/Vue/Svelte
* CSS with SASS/LESS and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, MaterialUI)
* Security standards: OAuth2, OpenID Connect & JWT
* Experience with state management tools (Redux preferred)
* Experience with Webpack or similar task runners
* Testing frameworks (Mocha/Jasmine/Chai/Jest/Enzyme)
* Experience deploying containerised apps in CI/CD pipelines
* Knowledge of cloud concepts and design considerations
* Docker, Kubernetes familiarity
* Experience mentoring junior developers
* Strong debugging and issue resolution skills
* Security technologies, protocols & techniques (TLS, Encryption, Networks)
