In this role you will design and execute marketing plans to generate leads and drive customer retention in the Italian legal market. You will collaborate with product, digital, and sales teams to run integrated campaigns and develop brand-aligned content. You will analyze performance, optimize ROI, and amplify customer voice through testimonials and market insights. Retribuzione / Benefits
- Own and execute lead generation and retention marketing plan for Italian legal market
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Sales to plan and run campaigns (acquisition, nurturing, retention, loyalty)
- Generate qualified leads across multiple channels (events/webinars, sponsorships, PR, telemarketing, email, SEA)
- Create content and assets (articles, whitepapers, emails, landing pages, social posts, ads) aligned with brand for online/offline promotions
- Set, monitor and adjust budget across channels
- Analyze data to measure campaign efficiency and optimize MROI
- Review progress with management and adjust plans; manage lead activity and scoring
- Develop testimonials, case studies and references to capture voice of the customer
- Provide market and product insights to support centralized programs (SEM, SEO, CRO, PR/Comms) as required
- Contribute to market research and network with industry experts to boost brand awareness
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
- Prepare documentation to support sales networks
Responsabilità
- Proven experience as Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation campaigns
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Experience running integrated campaigns across social media, email, display, referrals
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, international environment
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of English (written, spoken)
- Experience with CRM or similar tool
