Job Opportunity: Facility and Maintenance Supervisor
Our client, APLEONA SPA, a leader in facility and project management services for civil and industrial structures, is seeking a Facility and Maintenance Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and oversee building maintenance and cleaning services, ensuring compliance with contractual standards regarding time, quality, and costs.
2. Manage maintenance and cleaning teams, set operational priorities, and handle intervention requests.
3. Manage direct personnel, including planning vacations, verifying work reports, and overtime.
4. Ensure worker safety in the assigned area, supported by ASPP.
5. Conduct joint audits and on-the-job training for staff.
6. Prepare maintenance plans for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
7. Manage assigned budgets and oversee activities related to hard and soft services.
8. Map and monitor general and specific systems, actively participate in technical and organizational decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Attention to detail, results-oriented mindset.
2. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, and related safety standards.
3. Experience in team coordination.
4. Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD drawings; experience with Navision preferred.
6. Flexible schedule and adaptable personality.
Work Location: Santa Palomba (Pomezia)
Employment Details: Full-time, permanent contract, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, salary based on experience according to multiservice CNL.
