What You’ll Do
* Develop our Swiss market by prospecting clients, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.
* Qualify and understand your prospects’ business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
* Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
* Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
* Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.
* Participate in exhibitions and events.
* Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.
What You’ll Need
* Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales. SaaS and international experience is a plus.
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
* Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
* Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable.
* Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.
* Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is a plus.
* Bilingual/fluent in German or French.
