Overview
* Workforce and headcount planning aligned with strategic and business priorities;
* Development of HR plans and labour cost forecasts linked to economic and financial indicators;
* Scenario analysis, sensitivity assessments and evaluation of organizational impacts;
* Assessment of tools supporting workforce planning (union agreements, mobility schemes, rightsizing measures);
* Monitoring plan progress and defining corrective actions;
* Production of advanced reporting on workforce trends, labour costs and organizational dynamics;
* Definition of metrics and reference parameters for personnel budgeting and planning;
* Management of relationships with internal international stakeholders.
Requirements
Must have
* Solid experience in workforce planning, labour cost management and strategic planning, gained in complex organizations or consulting environments;
* Fluent English knowledge;
* Proven and successful experience in People Management;
* Strong analytical capabilities and ability to integrate HR data with financial and economic indicators.
Nice to have
* Previous experience in Finance / Planning & Control / Strategic Planning;
* Knowledge of reporting, control, budgeting & forecasting techniques;
* Mastery of workforce planning models;
* Skills in statistical analysis and sensitivity / What-If analysis;
* Familiarity with rightsizing processes and union agreement management;
* Ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders in complex contexts;
* Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
