Specialista Senior / Project Manager
We are seeking a senior Amazon Marketing Specialist to maximize visibility and conversions for four Group brands (De'Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Nutribullet). The role reports to the Head of Paid Media and sits within a global Paid Media team focused on innovation and excellence in the Amazon ecosystem. The mission is end-to-end management of the Amazon product catalog, driving sales performance through e-merchandising and ongoing optimization.
Responsibilities
* Product Page Management: own the creation, curation, and optimization of all Amazon product pages (listings), including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and strategic search terms.
* E-Merchandising Strategist: develop and execute a comprehensive e-merchandising strategy for Amazon, focusing on variations, cross-sells, upsells, and bundles to maximize sales and average order value.
* Visual Storytelling: lead the selection, development, and optimization of product imagery and video (power images, lifestyle shots, infographics) to enhance visual appeal and communicate product benefits.
* Listing Innovator: monitor and evolve product listings based on performance insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis; implement A/B testing to optimize page elements for peak performance.
* Keyword Research: perform ongoing keyword research to ensure listings are optimized for relevant search terms and discoverability within Amazon.
* Competitive Analysis: monitor competitor activities and market trends on Amazon to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaborative Partner: work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment of product messaging and promotional activities.
* Amazon Best Practices: stay up-to-date with Amazon algorithms, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
Job Profile & Qualifications
* Solid understanding of e-merchandising strategies, principles, and best practices.
* Proven knowledge and understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem.
* Experience with keyword research tools and Amazon advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads) is a plus.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision making.
* Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; proactive and curious mindset.
