We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The SDR is in charge of qualifying and engaging inbound leads that have been collected through marketing channels. Lots of our leads have unclear ideas about what we do and how we can solve their pains: the SDR is there to consult them properly on whether Sibill could be a good fit for their business. only good leads are passed on to the Account Executive for the free trial and the closing You love talking to entrepreneurs and understanding their business challenges You thrive in fast-paced environments and love over-hitting your targets You are not afraid of high volumes (our SDRs interact with 75 companies per day on average) You are excited about working in a flat, no-politics, fast-paced environment.
