Junior IT Retail Support Job
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Retail Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Operation Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores.
Your Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationships with Sales & Product teams to support marketing plans and initiatives.
* Provide first- and second-level technical support for our SHOP POS infrastructure, applications, and software.
* Implement and replace SHOP Hardware as needed to ensure optimal system performance.
* Pack, test, and send POS hardware to/from stores efficiently.
* Offer remote and on-site support to our store staff, helping them resolve technical issues promptly.
* Support projects such as ePOS, CRM, Mercury, and others, driving innovation and growth within our organization.
* Train shop staff on relevant systems and hardware, empowering them to excel in their roles.
