Primary Responsibilities
* Assisting the Housekeeping Manager in supervising and coordinating the team's daily operations.
* Training and mentoring Housekeeping staff on cleaning protocols, standards, and guest service.
* Conducting quality control inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure excellence.
* Supporting the Manager in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
* Reporting and ensuring timely follow-up on maintenance issues and guest-related requests.
* Assisting in implementing and enforcing all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Helping with staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and team motivation.
* Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless operational flow and guest satisfaction.
What You Bring
* Proven experience (2-3 years) in a supervisory or team leader role within Housekeeping, preferably in luxury hospitality.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in training and motivating staff.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of luxury cleaning standards.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing daily operations effectively.
* Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.
* Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to housekeeping.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, supporting the Housekeeping Manager's vision.
* Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
