Your Role as a Controller Intern:
Support the Business with management control activities from a business partnering perspective. Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting the controlling team in managing close, forecast, and budget.
Checking cost allocation and management,and suggesting improvements.
Producing reports, insights, and analysis to drive growth.
Developing dashboards on key business KPIs.
Mapping finance processes and developing tools/templates.
What You’ll Need:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
Some relevant experience, including internships or projects.
Basic understanding of economic and financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint – knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Curiosity, analytical mind, attention to detail, and great stakeholder approach.
Teamwork attitude and proactive mindset.
Focus and goal orientation.
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
