You will join BNP Paribas CIB (Corporate Institutional Banking) through a rotational 12‑month program that lets you deeply understand the different investment banking activities. This structure consists of two 6‑month rotations: the first in the bAcquisition Finance /b team in Milan, the second in the MA team in Paris. /p pbWhat will your first 12 months look like? /b /p pYou will be part of a cohort of European graduates recruited from different countries and sponsored by a member of the Global Banking EMEA Senior Management Team. Your journey will begin with a specific two‑week development program from the Investment Banking Academy – covering both technical and soft skills – held at the BNP Paribas training Campus in France, near Paris. Following that, you will join the Acquisition Finance team in Milan – the department that will become your permanent posting – and for the second rotation you will spend six months in Paris joining the EMEA Advisory Group (EAG) platform. /p ul liAcquisition Finance: by joining the Loan Capital Markets (LCM) team, you will contribute to the origination, structuring and execution of event‑driven (e.g. MA) and plain vanilla loan financing solutions for large and midsize investment‑grade corporates. You will be fully involved across all transaction stages, acting as an analyst on the team. /li liEMEA Advisory Group (EAG): by joining EAG, you will work on a wide range of MA deals (buy or sell‑side, public or private). The Global Capital Markets platform, of which Loan Capital Markets is a part, orchestrates debt and equity solutions for corporates across the EMEA region, employing around 650 staff in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Brussels, Milan and Madrid. Within the EAG, you will join a team of about 200 Junior Bankers – from Analyst to Vice President – who support the Directors and Managing Directors of MA EMEA and Industry Groups. The team’s main hub is in Paris, with over 80 juniors, and has geographic offices in Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, UK, Dubai, Netherlands, Switzerland and Portugal.
